SHIPPING TIME
We try to ship all orders out within 3-business day of receiving the order. Sometimes a short delay may occur if an item is out of stock and we expect to have it back in stock within a few days after your order was placed. If an out of stock item is expected to take longer than a few days to be back in stock we may contact you by email to see if you want to hold your order until all items are available or if you would like to drop the item from your order or substitute another product or size. At our discretion, we may ship out a partial order to you containing the items in your order that we have in stock at the time of processing your order. If we ship you a partial order we will backorder the items from your order that were not in stock. If the backordered items arrive to us within 30-days of the date you placed your order we will ship out your backorder to you automatically.
Our order Distribution Center is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Shown above is a UPS Ground service map showing the time in transit from Cleveland, Ohio to all destinations in the United States. If you need to receive your order faster than the times shown on the UPS Ground service map you can select one of the express shipping methods such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air service when you checkout.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the weight and destination of your order. During the checkout process you will be given your shipping options in case you need to select a quicker delivery method. You will have the opportunity to see your order total with shipping charges and sales tax (Ohio customers only) before you finalize your order.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Some of the products we sell are flammable, therefore they are considered to contain Hazardous Materials by UPS and the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped by any of the air services including Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day, Express Mail, Priority Mail or to any destination outside the United States. Products which are considered to contain a Hazardous Material have the notation of UPS Ground Shipping ONLY under Shipping Restrictions in the product's data sheet. If your order contains any of these items please be sure to select UPS Ground shipping when you checkout or your order will be delayed while we contact you by email to tell you we cannot ship that item by air.
FREEZING DAMAGE
Some of the products we sell will be ruined if they are allowed to freeze. Products that will be ruined if they freeze have the notation of Do not allow to freeze - Next Day Shipping Recommended during the Winter under Shipping Restrictions in the product's data sheet. It is suggested that during the winter months or when temperatures are below freezing at your order's destination you choose an express shipping method such as Next Day or Second Day Air when you order any of these products. Of course, if your order destination falls within the 1-day transit time on the UPS Ground service map shown above, selecting Next Day Air service is probably not necessary as it will only get your package to you a few hours sooner. UPS usually delivers Next Day Air packages before 12-noon but they have until the end of the day to deliver Ground packages. We haven't experienced any problems using express shipping, however, please be aware that the customer orders these products at their own risk since UPS and USPS shipping insurance doesn't cover freezing damage.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse to accept your order from the courier or the courier is unable to deliver your package to you after 3 delivery attempts because you are unavailable they will return your package to us. If we receive a refused or returned package from you we will attempt to contact you by email to see if you would like it shipped out again for an additional shipping charge. If you do not want the order shipped to you again or we do not hear back from you within 30-days of when we receive your returned shipment we will refund to your credit card or PayPal account your order total minus the shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
CORRECTED ADDRESS
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete delivery address when you submit your order and you select United Parcel Service as your courier, UPS will attempt to correct your address at the time of delivery so they may properly deliver your order. UPS charges $13.00 to correct an address, this address correction fee will be charged to the credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the order. This usually happens when a student is using a college address and they do not provide all the address information needed for proper delivery. Please remember to include all address information including box or apartment numbers. By placing an order through this website you agree to accept the above terms.
RESTRICTED REGION PRODUCTS
Regardless of whether this website provides a shipping option for it or not, we will not ship any Kryolan Professional Make-up products or any Graftobian products to any delivery destination outside of the United States of America.
